The Agent got this shot of Pro Mod racer Troy Coughlin's
new Cavalier Pro Street car in the Jeg's shop in Ohio. According
to our source Coughlin will have his new Sonny Leonard 815
inch EFI motor in by next week and the team will test at

JOHN STEWART TO AMATO RACING
Veteran tuner John Stewart
will be the new addition to the Joe Amato Top Fuel team
beginning with this weekend's NHRA Sears Craftsman Nationals
in St. Louis. Stewart has an extensive history in drag racing,
beginning in the 1970s when he drove his own fueler. He
has worked with many top notch teams over the years.
He already has plans for getting the dragster driven by
Morgan Lucas into the winners circle. "I've always
been a clutch guy," he said. "The engine is an
engine and they all make plenty of horsepower, but it's
getting that power to the rear tires and that's in the clutch."

CHRYSLER CLASSIC AT COLUMBUS
Rick Allison (top) was the Quick
16 winner and Glen Bridges won the Super Pro class at the
Chrysler Classic event held June 10-12 at National Trail
Raceway in Columbus, Ohio.
