Bob Lascak got his fourth straight Supercharged Warriors
Racing Series win, continuing to dominate the series. His
"Wicked" Vette was top qualifier at Kil-Kare Dragway's
Buckeye Nationals, running a 5.01 on the 4.99 index. In
the final round, Lascak (far lane) took a reaction time

WIN A TRIP TO INDY
If you haven't bought
your tickets for the U.S. Nationals yet, you might want
to try your luck at winning the whole enchilada (yes, it's
theme day here at DRO) of free airfare for two from anywhere
in the U.S., a suite at the Embassy Suites in downtown Indianapolis
and all-pit-access credentials to the Labor Day extravaganza.
That is the Grand Prize in a contest sponsored by Mike Ashley's
Gotham City Racing. Go to
GothamCityRacing.com
by Aug. 25 to enter.
Ashley has also teamed up with ESPN Radio 950 AM and Classic
Rock WKLU 101.9 FM in Indianapolis to reward up to 25 listeners
per day to the radio stations on Sept. 2-4 with a one-day
credential, access to Ashley's Funny Car pit hospitality
area, and a Team Gotham t-shirt. [8-18-2005]
