FUEL FUNNEL FROM KOEHLER INJECTION

Make sure only fuel gets into your gas tank with this funnel from Koehler Injection. The unique fine mesh screen separates water from gasoline, methanol, ethanol, nitro, diesel, kerosene or mixed 2-cycle fuels. Funnel sizing is purposefully small to keep the volume low and consistent. Fuel goes into the tank and water stays in the funnel. It will even keep pollen from entering the fuel tank. Two sizes are available from:

"BULLETPROOF" NITRO-CARB™ STEEL ROCKER ARMS FROM CRANE
Engineered for use in racing applications where rules require the use of "stock type steel rockers," or for high performance street use, Crane's new Nitro-Carb™ precision die-formed steel rockers are 3-5 times stronger than stock! With significantly increased surface hardness and superior wear characteristics, pushrod cup and fulcrum failures common to OEM units are eliminated.

Extensive testing under strenuous conditions showed Crane's new Nitro-Carb™ rocker able to survive millions of cycles with a 350-lb. open valve spring load without any failure!

Other important features include accurately maintaining rocker arm geometry, and a "long slot" design to accommodate higher lift camshafts. Special 1.6 ratio models for small blocks provide increased power through amplification of net camshaft lift.

Crane Nitro-Carb™ steel rockers are available for virtually all big block and small block Chevrolet applications, including new self-aligning style units for 1988-1998 5.0L and 5.7L engines. Oil-grooved pivot balls and adjusting nuts are included.

MANLEY "GENERATION II" CUSTOM MADE STAINLESS STEEL VALVES
For many years, racers and professional engine builders have requested a myriad of unusual-sized valves from Manley, many requiring hardened tips. Until recently, only large volume orders could be considered, but now, thanks to advanced CNC technology and Manley's new "Gen II" valve program, manufacturing short runs of custom-sized stainless steel valves easy.

The first step is selecting the appropriate blank based on stem diameter. Manley offers a wide selection, ranging from 5.5mm stems for import applications to .3415" stem diameters. Next, determine the desired head diameter, along with seat and margin widths. They can go from 35.5mm to a whopping 2.424" head. Finally, specify the desired length, as well as groove type and location.

Manley "Generation II" custom valves are available in XH-426 intake and NK-842 exhaust materials, similar to "Race Master" series valves, or more rugged XH-428 and NK-844 alloys employed in Manley's incomparable Severe Duty ® series, as well as Inconel and all offer hardened tips that are compatible with rocker arm valvetrains. Clearly, they can be made for virtually any application!
