Crane Cams Offers Energizer Series Roller Rocker Arms
for Many Popular Engines
For an increase in horsepower and RPM, slide a set of Crane Cams' Energizer aerospace vacuum die-formed aluminum roller rocker arms under those valve covers. They feature needle bearing fulcrums and roller tips to reduce friction, lower engine oil temperature, improve throttle response, and are great for high performance street, marine and moderate race use. While other manufacturers offer roller-bearing tips on rocker arms
that still utilize a friction-robbing, OEM-style pivot-ball for a fulcrum,
Crane's Energizer rockers come with a full needle-bearing fulcrum that
lends itself to big power increases of up to 35 HP! Plus, Energizers
are priced competitively with the pivot-ball fulcrum designs.
Energizers have die-formed heat-treated, aluminum main rocker bodies for extreme strength, lightweight and precise ratio consistency. All of the steel components are manufactured and heat-treated inside Crane Cams' extensive facility for absolute quality control. Energizer roller rockers are designed for and proven in street and mild competition usage that does no exceed 500 pounds of open valve spring pressure in small blocks and 550 pounds in big blocks. While the Energizer series is available for most popular V-8 and V-6 engines, the die-formed aluminum rocker bodies are larger than stock, and may require slight modifications for clearance, and/or a switch from rocker arm hold-down bolts to studs in some applications.
