CYLINDER TUNING WITH THE ST-12
Innovate
Motorsports announces the release of the ST-12 also known
as the SuperTune-12 system. The ST-12 is a complete data
acquisition system for advanced engine tuning. The system
is anchored by Innovate Motorsports’ award-winning
digital wideband Air/Fuel Ratio technology, but also includes
flexible sensors for RPM, MAP, Temperature, Duty Cycle,
and analog inputs.
The ST-12 can power, manage, and consolidate data from
up to 12 specialized LC-1 (Lambda Cable) wideband oxygen
sensor controller cables. The specialized cables are functionally
identical to the standard LC-1 cables, except they are 18
ft. long, terminated with a single ST-12 (DB-15) connector,
and sleeved in a rugged thermal insulator.
The ST-12 is targeted at engine builders, tuners, racers,
and engine-technology developers. At its simplest, the ST-12
can add wideband Air/Fuel measurement to existing dynos,
allowing users to either feed the ST-12’s outputs
into their dyno, or to feed the dyno’s outputs into
the ST-12.

5.0 liter stroker EFI engines. The new camshafts have been
specifically designed and optimized for those enthusiasts
that demand maximum performance from this unique fuel injected
combination.
The performance increases generated by the new Ford XFI
Stroker Camshafts are the result of extensive engineering
research, backed by dyno and real world testing. The engineering
involved in the creation of camshaft profiles for 4-inch
bore, 3-inch stroke (found in standard 5.0 liter engines)
is well documented. However, to produce an optimized stroker
camshaft requires more R&D than simply increasing lobe
profile duration to take advantage of the increased displacement.

STOP FLEX BRAIDED BRAKE HOSES

FLEX meets both Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards AND
Automotive Engineers Standards (SAE) for safety. Plus, these
hoses are fully certified, not just compliant, with Department
Of Transportation requirements. It doesn’t get any
better, and STOP FLEX is made in the USA. Most automotive
hydraulic brake systems see no more than a maximum of 1500
psi, STOP FLEX has a minimum burst rating of 5000 psi for
a typical 1/8-inch ID hose. Available for most domestic

STOP FLEX stainless braided hose prevents volumetric hose
expansion, which causes a spongy response, and the higher
burst pressure produces a firmer and more responsive pedal.
STOP FLEX incorporates a PTFE inner core, Kevlar braid,
Elastomer coating and a stainless steel outer cover. The
end fittings can be ordered in stainless or bright nickel-plated
