Bryan Seward, from Naples, FL, bought
Roy Hill's Mustang and jumped into Pro Mod racing. He ripped
off a fine 6.146/230.53, qualifying second, and finished second
to Tommy D'Aprile in the final round. He set both Low ET and
Top Speed, raising expectations for some fine performances
next season.
Rickie Smith qualified the Dart-sponsored
Corvette in the No. 5 position, but was eliminated by Scott
Cannon Jr. in the second round. Cannon was eliminated by D'Aprile
in the next round.

David Hance, from New York state,
drove his Cajun Race Cars Mustang to the Outlaw 10.5 No. 1
qualifying spot and set Top Speed.
Billy Glidden qualified No. 2 at 7.047/196.12,
but lost to his father in the semi final. He at least had
