FORCE FINALE' TOO
Three of Force's wins today have been "photo finishes."
In the first round against Baze he won by .012, second round he beat
Capps by .053 of a second and in the semi's barely beat TJ by .003 of
a second. Del had lane choice and put Force in the lane he hadn't run
in all day. Force spins the tires right away and Del Worsham goes on
to win at his sponsor's own race and move to within 10 points of Force's
points lead. Worsham went 4.940 @ 312.86 to Force's 7.749. The CSK dealers
and workers go wild as does Chuck Worsham who can't finish his starting
line interview. Force and company must wait for Gainesville to pick
up #100. That's two wins out of the last three races for Worsham.

Without Pro Stock Truck, alcohol Funny cars and Dragsters,
this show is over at 4:15 in the afternoon. I'm heading back to LA and
into the beautiful Arizona sunset, then it's off to Gainesville for
the NHRA and part three of the Forever Red "best fans in the world"
tour.
