Pat Musi's Firebird (left) was the class of the shallow 5-car field, qualifying number one with a 6.79/205.51 and taking the win. In the final, Musi pushed "Popeye" to a 6.890/204.39 over Tony Gentile. Gentile, driving Musi's old '69 Camaro, ran 7.126/199.23 to get his second runner-up of the year.

NOSTALGIA PRO STREET
Ross Stomp took the $200 Nitrous Express bonus with his 7.825/175.14 number one qualifying pass and went on to get his third victory of the season. Stomp's '62 Impala met Kevin Parent's '69 Nova in the final, turning in a 7.904/174.73 to Parent's 8.743/131.91.

PRO NOSTALGIA

Brian Booze qualified 4th in the 7 car field and took out his brother Charlie to meet Johnny Kelley in the final. Booze's Mopar ran 9.332/144.57 to Kelley's losing 9.536/141.67.

SUPER MODIFIED
Several cars had problems due to the heat, including class hitter John Baio who burned some pistons due to an electrical problem and was out of the competition. The final round match-up was Ted Pelech's Camaro running a 7.902/177.00 to get the win over Jim Huber's S-10 which ran a close 7.95/178.83.

ULTRA MODIFIED: Randy Eakins was the only entry in the class, but ran a 7.36/188.62 to show the fans the potential of some competition.

EFI: Clarence Harding, 11.104/113.43
NOSTALGIA MUSCLE CAR: Scott Wright, 12.089/106.66
