THE LOADED QUESTION-er RETURNS

We had a substitute Questioner last month who made it much too easy for you to get the correct answers. (Like, the first entry was the winner.) So now it's back to the regular Quiz Master. Get out those thinking caps once again, boys and girls!

It's the start of a new racing season and what a year it promises to be. Usually the first race is in January but this year it got bumped to February. This quiz deals largely with the first month of the year queries.
