The O'Reilly Fall Nationals will prove to be an action-packed event for Jerry Toliver and WWF Racing. To start the week, on Wednesday, October 17, Toliver Racing will have the WWF Get R.E.A.L Funny Car on display at the Super 1 Foods Dallas Motorsports Expo from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
"We have done the Dallas Motorsports Expo for the past few years," said Toliver. "There is a good turn-out of fans and it's always nice to see so many supporters of motorsports and drag racing come together for this expo."
In addition to making two qualifying runs on Friday, October 19, Toliver welcomes WWF Superstar Bradshaw to Texas Motorplex. While attending the event, Bradshaw will also be available from 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. in front of the Sports Service Nitro Mall to sign autographs.
"During the O'Reilly Fall Nationals our special guest, Bradshaw, will join us for a little drag racing action," Toliver said, driver of the WWF Get R.E.A.L Pontiac Firebird Funny Car. "This is an excellent opportunity for WWF Racing to have Bradshaw join us on Friday during qualifying at Texas Motorplex."
"Last Thursday at Maple Grove Raceway, WWF Racing introduced the World Wrestling Federation's Get R.E.A.L. (Respect, Education, Achievement and Leadership) program to a group of sixth graders from local schools, continued Toliver. "Get R.E.A.L is an excellent program and with the help of Bradshaw, the goal of WWF Racing is to bring awareness to the greater Dallas area about the program."
"During our presentation, we touched on issues that
affect school children of this age such as, the importance of goal
setting, being kind to others, safety and literacy, " Toliver said.
"We had tremendous success with the presentation at Maple Grove Raceway.
We received excellent reviews from the teachers, parents and students.
I can't say enough about Get R.E.A.L and we are extremely pleased
to have the capability to bring this program to the track."
