Actually the Pro Stock Truck Owners Association served papers on NHRA on Wednesday while simultaneously filing court documents in Phoenix. No information concerning the wording of the suit or what the Association was suing NHRA for. Sources have told DRO that the Eaton Pro Stock Truck team was the driving force behind the suit. Agent 1320 hears that if Gary Scelzi and the Alan Johnson
team doesn't get a sponsor and all indications are that no one has made
a serious offer the ESPN folks would like to have the affable Scelzi
replace Cruz Pedregon in the booth as the color man for the ESPN broadcasts
of the NHRA races.
