Dave,
I've got a '67
Nova with a 555 Reher Morrison and glide. The
engine dynoed at 920hp at 7400 and 750 lbs at
5200. Car weighs 3200 lbs with me in it and has
run thee best of 9.25@146 on gas through the 1150
Dominator. What type of nitrous system would be
practical for my setup? What would the max. hp
gain be?
Thanks for the
advice,
Ken

Ken,
It depends on what you want to achieve ET wise. I suspect
your ambition is to have an 8 second time slip. To bust into
the 8s I am thinking that on a bad air day you are going to
need another 200 ponies so a dominator plate system would
fit the bill. If you are planning on getting more heavily
involved with the bottle down the road then a nozzle system
is the better choice.
Have a safe race,
