The 2018 Professional Drag Racers Association season came to a dramatic close Monday afternoon, Oct. 22, as world champions were crowned and world records were broken at the 4th annual Brian Olson Memorial PDRA World Finals at Virginia Motorsports Park.

Cruz Pedregon will build on the good runs his Snap-on Toyota has been showing and replicating that tuning during the upcoming weekend in Las Vegas.

We qualified in the top five and won a round for the fourth straight race. Even though we’re not in the Countdown, we’re racing as though we are, and it’s paying off in the numbers we’re seeing."

According to engine builder Jon Kaase, his company’s new SR-71 Big Block Ford Cylinder Heads will out-flow and out-power any conventional big block Ford head. Extensive dynamometer tests have demonstrated average gains of 50 hp and similar peak gains over best existing cylinder heads. In addition, the useable engine speed range is increased by a minimum of 500 rpm and when installed on a maximum-effort 598 cid engine, they will produce over 1100 hp and rev to 8,000 rpm.
