CODDINGTON NAMED GRAND
MARSHAL AT LAS VEGAS NHRA EVENT
Drag racers often refer to their racecars
as "hot rods" and at the next stop
on the NHRA POWERade Drag Racing circuit, competitors
will be able to have their vehicles seen by
a guy that knows a hot rod when he sees one.
Boyd Coddington, SoCal hot rod builder and
star of TLC's "American Hot Rod," will
be the Grand Marshal of the upcoming ACDelco
NHRA Las Vegas Nationals. The ACDelco-backed
cars of Kurt Johnson's Pro Stocker and Harold
Martin's nitrous oxide-injected Pro Mod Grand
Am also will feature the Boyd Coddington logo. [10-20-2004]
