RACING TEAM HELPS TSUNAMI SURVIVORS; YOU CAN TOO

The CMKXtreme Racing team and driver Jeff Arend are working with associate sponsor, Vincent Ferrone, owner of V.F. Trucking Company, and the American Red Cross to aid victims of the recent Tsunami disaster. Ferrone and business associate, Marty Ginsberg, are coordinating the relief efforts and working closely with the Red Cross to make sure that the contributions they collect are distributed to where they are needed the most.

Ferrone and Ginsberg collected over $10,000 and over 100,000 pounds of goods, ranging from clothes and canned goods to medical supplies, after 9/11. Ferrone personally escorted his trucks to N.Y.U. Medical Center so he could oversee the delivery of the contributions and was assured that the relief was reaching the proper destination.

"Right now, we are looking for cash and financial donations," said Ferrone. "Financial contributions are the most efficient and expedient way to get the much needed relief to the victims of this disaster."
