campaign, thinks Sheldon Pratt, CEO of the Dairy Farmers of Oregon.

"This is a pilot program," he explained. "I know that the fan base of NHRA drag racing supports the companies that support drag racing and we want to be associated with that loyalty."

"Since joining forces with the Dairy Farmers of Oregon," said Baca, "I've learned that in addition to calcium, dairy products provide eight essential nutrients including potassium, phosphorus, protein, vitamins D, A, and B12, riboflavin and niacin (niacin equilvalents)."

DIXON GETS CANNED

Miller Brewing company will honor two-time NHRA Top Fuel champion Larry Dixon with a special commemorative can series which will run through March. NASCAR Winston Cup champ Rusty Wallace also sponsored by the Miller Lite brand, will also be a part of the six racing-themed can series. The series includes four Miller Lite and two Miller Genuine Draft 24-ounce cans which can be purchased individually or in a special six-pack.

In addition, Dixon's dragster will sport a special paint scheme celebrating "Great Moments in Miller Racing" during the Checker Schuck's Kragen Nationals in Phoenix. [2-12-2004]
