Ohio based Summit Racing Equipment will provide a one-event sponsorship of the Kalitta Motorsports Top Fuel dragster driven by David Grubnic for the 40th Annual Pontiac Excitement NHRA Nationals presented by Summit Racing Equipment at National Trail Raceway in Columbus, Ohio, June 10-13.

Jeff Winters, Marketing Team Manager of Summit Racing Equipment said, "Since Summit Racing Equipment is the world's leading performance supplier, we were looking to join up with one of the premier Top Fuel Teams, and we feel there is a great fit with Kalitta Racing".

Grubnic, a journeyman Top Fuel driver, is in his first season behind the wheel of the third Kalitta team car. The native of Brisbane, Australia, nicknamed "Aussie Dave," has been driving nitro rails in the United States since 1995.
