NOSTALGIA DRAGS AT KANSAS
CITY INTERNATIONAL
The
agent has been told that one of the Midwest’s
most successful Nostalgia drags race, The Nostalgia
Nationals which was held for years at the now shuttered
Mid-America Raceway in Wentzville, MO. is being moved to historic KCIR in nearby
Kansas City, MO. The track is going to try to bring back some of the racers that
frequented that track in its heyday when it annually hosted the AHRA SummerNationals.

DRO posted an agent 1320 note yesterday saying that Wes
Buck track operator at Eddyville Dragway in Iowa was going
to change his June Pro Mod date so that it would be on
the same weekend as the race at the Jeffers Pro Car series
race at St. Louis. According to an email from Mr. Buck
he hasn’t quite been able to juggle his schedule
to make that happen…yet. He is still trying but
the date change isn’t official. Stay tuned to agent
1320 for more updates on the race date at Eddyville which
is still over a Month away. [5-20-2005]

Pastorini is again involved in motorsports for the first
time since 1995. Pastorini is driving in the Rolex Sports

also found out that another former Top Fuel pilot and professional
home run hitter Jack Clark is working as a coach for the
O’Fallon, MO minor league River City Rascals. The
agent may have to visit with Clark since O’Fallon.
MO is the location of the Drag Racing Online World Headquarters.
