Stephen J. Davies sent us this photo of Phil Bramande Junior's
car out of Kissimmee, Florida at this year's Hot Rod Reunion
in Bowling Green, Kentucky. It's tuned by his dad, "Big
Phil" Bramande. The motor is a 350 SB Chevy with a
very old 6/71 blower with even older 650 Holley bolted on
top, and of course the usual 'glide tranny. What makes this
not just a great wheelstand is the fact that Big Phil builds
the motor and tranny from parts he gets at swap meets. He's
a true nostalgia racer and a great man, according to Davies.

LITTLE ROPES ANOTHER ONE
Midwest Pro Mod racer Donnie Little added
yet another sponsor this year when he signed a deal with
Evans Performance from the St. Louis area. Evans recently
had an open house with all the racers they are involved
with displaying. Since Little's Camaro is also sponsored
by DRO we couldn't resist running a photo of the event with
the DragRacingOnline.com prominently displayed on the fender
of the Camaro. (Donnie Little photo)
