BEARD SETS THE AGENT STRAIGHT
The Agent received an email from Lee Beard about the item
we ran last week:
Nice try to slander me by saying I
had a signed contract with Snake and It's all about money!
It just goes to show
that you don't know shit and your sources like to make
up good stories. First of all, I never had any type of
agreement with Snake about his Top Fuel car. We did talk
about me coming on board to work with his Funny car team.
So that line of shit you and the rest of the press cronies
put out was pure shit! Next, I never talked to any crew
members to come with me so someone made up more crap.
This is why none of you will ever be looked at to be creditable.
And last, there are very few people
is this sport that actually have so-called signed contracts
so don't project some false picture about business deals
you know nothing about. And one more thing, it's not all
about the money as my agreement to work with the David
Powers team is for a lot less money than Snake was offering
me to be part of his Funny Car Team. -- Lee Beard
