DRO ADDS SS, S AND COMP COLUMNIST
Drag Racing Online has managed to con yet another
member of the ex-editor club into working for
us. We're happy to announce that veteran scrivener
Wayne Scraba has joined the DRO band of malcontents,
miscreants, and maladjusted columnists. He becomes
the third Canadian-born contributor at DRO,
joining Ian Tocher and Scott Walker. Evidently,
the only magazine copy editors that can interpret
"Canadian" work at DRO. Anyway, the former NHRA
tech writer and class racer is going to be writing
a column on Stock, Super Stock and Comp. You
can email Wayne with news, gripes and comments
about those classes at wayne@racingnetsource.com.

NON-ADJUSTABLE 4-LINK FOR PRO MOD
The Agent hears that after testing, Shelly Anderson and her dad, Brad, were very happy with the results and that they now plan to race the NHRA/AMS Pro Mod series. Brad raved to the Agent about his new Murray Anderson '69 Camaro, saying it had some of the best workmanship he had ever seen. He also said that the car featured a non-adjustable 4-link suspension.
The Agent is trying to get more info about the suspension and will pass that
info on as soon as we can. [12-15-2003]

car recently from Murf's Otterbein, Indiana
shop. Payne told the Agent that he wouldn't
be driving a Pro Mod next year, despite rumors
to the contrary.
Speaking of hard racers, the Agent hears that
NHRA A/FC World Champ Frank "the Punisher" Manzo
has been telling people that he is going to
run his car hard this year. Does that mean he's
been dogging it the last couple of years? If
that's the case there are going to be some long
days for the rest of the Alky funny car racers
in 2004! [12-15-2003]
