NITROUS READY PERFORMER RPM INTAKE Date Posted: 8/29/05

This is an Edelbrock Performer RPM 5.0 Intake that came off of my 1986 Mustang GT. The only reason it came off is because I swapped it out for a Victor EFI 5.0 Intake. The Upper was matched to the lower with the Spacer in between & the spacer will come with the intake to whom ever buys this intake.The heads that this intake was matched up to was a set of ProTopline Cyclone heads. The Upper Intake is drilled - tapped & plugged for a Nitrous Pro Fogger System, completely professional job, no hack work done here. The actual intake cost me $500.00 by itself & the spacer is around $50.00 so thats about $550.00 with out any time for porting work or machining work for the Pro Fogger System. Roughly this intake would be worth at least 7-8 hundred dollars if you had to do this yourslf or have someone else do it, then it would be worth more than that. I do not have all of the bolts for the intake, so the buyer will have to either get a new pack of bolts from jegs or edel!

Performer RPM 5.0L: (1500-6500 rpm) Designed for 1986-95 Ford Mustangs with 5.0L V8, the Performer RPM 5.0 EFI manifold is for nitrous and bracket racing applications. It uses the same base as the Performer 5.0 manifold but the upper plenum has shorter, larger runners for more power in the 5000+ rpm range.

I personally had this on my car so I can attest to its reliability & its condition, EXCELLENT!

Rated at 2,700lbs static thrust, the Viper was originally fitted to the BAe Jet Provost military trainer supplied to the UK's RAF and the Italian Macchi 326 jet trainer. This version was used by to the Jindivik military RPV target drone. Released by the British Ministry of Defence, this engine is not cleared for use in a manned aircraft in the UK, but would be a great power plant for a drag racer,....OR, mounted on a truck with a suitably modified exhaust system it would be a great way to dry the track and entertain the spectators with the noise at the same time. Fully serviceable with logs & manual. Price is ex UK, plus packing & shipping.
