M-W's p/n ML-200-788 axle is a direct bolt-in replacement for GM p/n 12398538. Engineered to maintain original GM dimensions and process parameters, the axles are induction hardened, feature a 100% machined shaft and precision hobbed splines. They have provisions for both OEM-style press-in wheel studs and 1/2 -20 screw-in studs.
