ARP EXPANDS LINEUP OF DRIVELINE
FASTENERS

has added to its collection of driveline fasteners
with heat-treated chrome moly steel bolts for
Honda, Ford Duratech, GM Ecotek and Rover applications,
as well as GM 200 and 700 series automatics.Pro
Series bolts are made of premium grade 8740
chrome moly steel and nominally rated at 200,000
psi tensile strength. The flywheel, flexplate
and converter bolts feature a flat 12-point
head design and shank diameter for increased
strength and improved flywheel register. ARP®
heat-treats the bolts using special vertical
racks to ensure complete 360-degree penetration,
and the threads are rolled after heat-treat
-- which accounts for a fatigue strength approximately
ten times greater than those fasteners threaded
prior to heat-treat.

NEW "904" RED ZONE LIFTERS
FROM ISKY
 Isky
Racing Cams has added a .904" diameter roller
lifter to their line of Red Zone lifters. This
new lifter for big and small block Chevys features
an .810" diameter bearing shell for added dependability
in oval track and drag racing engines operating
at high rpms with high-load valve springs. Like
all Red Zone Lifters, these are also completely
rebuildable.

DART "IRON EAGLE" BBC CYLINDER
HEAD
 Dart's
"Iron Eagle" big block cylinder head was designed
by Richard Maskin using technology developed
for his engines that won three NHRA Pro Stock
World Championships. Made from premium cast
iron, the "Iron Eagle" features 2.300 intake
and 1.88 exhaust for maximum air flow and power,
a 345 cc intake port and a 119 cc combustion
chamber. This head is designed for use on engines
over 500 cubic inches and is good for either
street or strip applications.
