Floor and Tunnel Shield,
A high-tech barrier for heat and sound
 Design
Engineering, Inc. introduces a thermal and
sound control barrier product for use in the
automotive, marine and commercial vehicle industries.
Floor and Tunnel Shield was designed to be
used underneath vehicles to stop heat before
it gets into the vehicle. Floor and Tunnel
Shield attacks heat with a reflective 10mil
aluminum facing bonded to a 3/16th-inch layer
of composite fiberglass insulation and finished
with an aggressive adhesive with release liner.
Floor and Tunnel Shield can withstand 1750
degrees direct continuous heat while reflecting
almost 90 percent of that heat away. This product
requires minimal clearance, (1/4”) while
providing maximum protection. Great for over
exhaust, tunnels, fire walls, gas tanks, hoods
or engine side panels that are close to heat
sources. Product installs easily by simply
cutting to shape, removing release liner and
pressing into position.

Pioneers New Close Tolerance Nitrous Jets

Injection announces the availability of their
precision Nitrous Master jets. Suitable for
fuel or nitrous, these jets are accurate from
one jet to the next, resulting in easier tuning.
A product of long hours of process optimization,
these new nitrous jets are CNC machined to
a jet size tolerance of .0002 / -.0000 with
aerospace level quality control procedures.

for easy reading and no distortion of the hole
size.

 The
