DETROIT TRUETRAC LIMITED SLIP DIFFERENTIAL
The
Detroit Truetrac limited slip differential is now available
for 1997-2005 Chrysler 8.25” axles. This model (#912A553)
is 29 spline, covers all axle ratios, and it fits C-Clip
axles.
The Detroit Truetrac performs like an open differential
under normal driving conditions and automatically transfers
torque to the wheel with better traction when ground conditions
warrant. Because of the helical gear design, maintenance
is not required as there are no worn friction plates to

MERLIN-X BIG BLOCK CHEVROLET INTAKE
MANIFOLD
Due to the increasing popularity of large displacement big
block Chevy engines, the engineering team at World Products
has developed the new Merlin-X intake manifold especially
for 509 and greater cubic inch BBC applications. The Merlin-X
intake manifold has been designed expressly for use with
large 4500-series Dominator-style carburetors.
Extensive flow bench and dynamometer testing has shown
the Merlin-X to provide excellent performance throughout
a wide RPM range. Merlin-X 16° intake manifolds are
available for both 9.800” and 10.200” deck big
block Chevrolet engines. Special manifolds with brass inserts
(to thwart corrosion) are available for marine applications.
