This twin-turboed LS1 400 Chev powered Commodore SUV top qualified in the 41-car Super Sedan bracket with a best of 7.10/193 mph. He lost in one of the early rounds when he spun the tyres off the line – there are sixes in this combination.

The neat looking little ’34 Chev coupe of Brett Gillespie is seen here in full opposite lock on a crossed up burnout. Unfortunately most of his runs were the same and he didn’t figure in the results.

Veteran rodder / drag racer Dennis Walford has put his son, Darryl behind the wheel of this cherry looking ‘KB powered '40 Ford. Darryl made it all the way to the Supercharged Outlaws final where he got of out of shape for the lose.

The yellow Lamborghini of Alf Sciacca is on a full drift in this burnout.  Unfortunately for him the news wasn’t that much better at the other end of the track on this run, as he hit the safety net at a rapid clip and destroyed most of the Lambo’s body panels.
