MOTZ TURNS OUT THE LIGHTS AND SENDS CROWD HOME
Ray Motz and his jet-powered '93 Kenworth "conventional" ended the
Summer Nationals by making a 205-mph pass in the dark. In the dark,
driving a 205mph-powered Kenworth...this guy is a bad actor. When they
turned off the lights people in the crowd started flicking lighters
like they were at a Rolling Stones concert. It was way cool and a great
way to end a great race.
