Tony Christian was very impressive in his ‘57 shoebox at Red River. The boxy nitrous-urged doorslammer not only had low elapsed time for Pro Street, but made four straight laps over 206 including one of 207.30.

  Jeff Teuton’s Dodge truck ran strong in the EFI 13 class going to the finals. His EFI small block pushed the full sized truck to a lap over 112 mph.


Frank Mewshaw’s EZ Street Camaro ran as quick as 8.85 / 152 and went to the semi-finals. Mewshaw’s Camaro was a crowd favorite as it left with the wheels way up on every pass.


Mike Wear got DRO’s best burnout vote. The Texas-based Real Street Camaro ran a best of 9.17 and went to the final round against Bruce LaGory’s ‘Cuda.
