last weekend, DRO Editor Jeff Burk saw a couple
of Super Comp hitters with this trick looking
scoop on their motors. We don't know if it works,
but it sure looks cool!

ANOTHER DRAG RACING MUSEUM
The Agent saw a small item in the Fort Worth
Star Telegram (or maybe it was the Dallas Morning
News) that noted one of the cities had earmarked
some funding for a motorsports museum that would
include a lot of famous Texas drag cars and
memorabilia. [3-9-2004]

Keith Baker, a part-time competitor on the
IHRA national-event trail, is sporting an all-new
look for 2004. In conjunction with Drag Racing
Online, the Baker team is conducting a contest

BRENNAN TO HEAD NDRA
Michael Brennan has been named Race Director
of the NOPI Drag Racing Association. Brennan
brings a variety of experiences to the sport
compact scene. He has been a professional racer
and an engineer on title-winning teams, as well
as a television producer.
"As someone who has been in every position
on a race team, Michael Brennan is fully aware
of the needs of a team and its sponsors," said
Michael Meyers, NDRA President.
The 11-event 2004 NOPI Racing Series Xbox Cup
Championship will kick off April 24-25 at Virginia
Motorsports Park in Dinwiddie, VA. [3-9-2004]
