SCELZI AND CAPPS GET FREAKY
Team
Mopar drivers Gary Scelzi and Ron Capps are set to appear
on Speed Channel's "SpeedFreaks TV," Saturday,
July 16. The duo will chat with hosts Kenny Sargent, Crash
Gladys, Statt Mann Caruthers and Lugg Nuttz from the Mopar
Speedshop, beginning at 12 a.m. EST.
Scelzi (shown) piloted his Hemi® Oakley Dodge to a
third-place finish in the 2004 POWERade NHRA Funny Car standings.
Scelzi returned to the cockpit with Don Schumacher Racing
in 2005, and the team is currently ranked second in the
POWERade NHRA Funny Car championship standings. He will
also serve as a co-host of the 2005 Mopar Big Block Party
in downtown Golden, Colorado, which kicks off the NHRA Mopar
Mile-High Nationals event.

be the primary sponsor of Cagnazzi Racing's Chevrolet Cobalt
Pro Stock racecar, driven by Erica Enders. Enders' 200 mph
NHRA Pro Stock racecar will sport a whole new look based
on Bravo! Foods' Pro Slammers™ "Milk With An
Attitude" and Slim Slammers® products. The "Slammers
Cobalt" will debut at the upcoming Mile-High Nationals
in Denver July 15-17. The sponsorship will continue through
the upcoming three-race western swing at Denver, Seattle,
and Sonoma, Calif.
