Rick Moroso, from Guilford, CT, came from the number-three qualifying spot in his '61 'Vette to win over Rockin' Al Miller, who redlighted his '85 Corvette in the Competition Engineering Hot Street final.


At each NMCA race, Nitrous Express rewards the top qualifier running its equipment in NX Nostalgia Pro Street with a trophy filled with 200 gold dollar coins. Mike Foulk earned his second straight "Pot of Gold" with a 7.698-secs pass at 173.16 mph that put him fifth on the ladder in his '69 Ford Torino.
